Born August 11. 1903 in Central, Sevier County, Utah to Allen Benson and Betsy Alice Brigos Waters. Married Joseph Paul Levie in Manti, Utah December 19, 1923. Lived in Sevier, Utah for 50 years and Salt Lake City and Mesa, Arizona for 30 years. Mrs.

Levie has been a life-long member of the LDS Church, teaching in all of the auxiliaries and serving on ward and stake boards. She and her husband served a two-year mission at the Mesa, Arizona visitors center. She was active in music and art circles at and Villa, Arizona where she took blue ribbon es with her oil paintings. She was chosen Valentine Sweetheart of the Mesa 12th Ward in her 75th year. Survivors: Children, Geraldine (Mrs.

Married James Knighton, January 18. 1905, in the Salt Lake LD Temple. He died May 3, 1947. Most of her early life was spent in Bountiful and Woods Cross. In April 1919, she moved with her family to Moore, Idaho.

Later moved with her husband to Salt Lake City, where she resided from 1947 until 1976. At the time of her death she was living with a daughter in Arco, Idaho. An active member of the LDS Church. Served as a teacher in Relief Society, Sunday School, Primary and MIA for many years. Also served in Ward Relief Society Presidency and MIA for many years.

Active member D.U.P. in Salt Lake City. Her life was full of service and to help others. She had an unusual ability to inspire others to do their best. White attending the University, she was Queen of Beta Theta Pi, attendant to Freshman Queen, and voted most preferred girl on campus in 1961-62. In 1959, she was Days of '47 Queen. Since leaving Salt Lake City, she and her husband resided in Hawaii, the Philippines, New York City, Summit, New Jersey, and San Francisco, Calif. She taught French in New York City and Hawaii.

She has served in administrative and teaching positions in The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. Linda was active in the Junior League in New York and California. She was also active in the PTA. Her interests included music, art, travel, tennis, and homemaking. Her life was characterized by a love and appreciation for others.

She was born at Spanish Fork, Utah, February 13, 1919. A daughter of Frank M. and Pau line Johnson Turner. She attended schools in Spanish Fork and graduate from Brigham Young University in June 1939. She was affiliated with La Vaudis Social Unit and Theta Alpha Phi National Speech Fraternity.

She took an active part in the Associated Women's organization of BYU. For two years she taught in the Piute High School. On November 22, 1940, she married Herman G. Mines, of Murray, Utah. They made their home in Salt Lake City for several years, then moved to Aurora, Colorado and later to Kansas City.

She taught in the Schools of Aurora and Kansas City and was an outstanding teacher. She was always an active member of the Church and served in many leadership and reaching positions in both Stake and Ward organizations. She is survived by her husband and the following children: Mrs. Thayne (Gayle) Larsen, Aurora, Mrs. Richard (Susan) Harris, Colorado Springs, Colorado; Mrs.

R.A. Frost, (Colleen) Englewood, Colorado; Kevin Mines, attending BYU Provo; Lt. Keith Mines, Fort Benning, Georgia; and 17 grandchildren; also the following brothers and sisters, Mrs. LaRue T. Howe, Salt Lake City; Mrs.
